Polyethylene is a thermoplastic resin polymerized from ethylene monomers.
Yujie PCR RPE means recycled pe. Recycled polyethylene Resin. Recycled polyethlene Pellets.
1、Yujie RPE main Types: RHDPE , RLDPE , RLLDPE , RUHMW-PE.
2、Core Characteristics: Chemically stable, flexible, easy to process, low cost.
3、Main Applications: Packaging, agriculture, daily necessities, pipes, wires and cables.
4、Environmental Status: Recyclable, but difficult to degrade; a major source of plastic pollution.
YUJIE PCR RPE recycled polyethylene Main Characteristics:
1、Good chemical stability: Resistant to corrosion from most acids, alkalis, and salts.
2、Good electrical insulation: An excellent insulating material.
3、 Easy to process: Low melting point, easy to injection mold, extrude, blow mold, etc.
4、 Good flexibility: Waxy feel, with a certain degree of toughness.
5、 Non-toxic and odorless: PE that meets food contact standards can be used for food packaging.
6、 Low price: Abundant raw material sources, low cost.

3-10 working daysMain Types of Polyethylene Plastic Granules mainly classified into the following categories based on density and chain structure:
1. Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). PCR RLDPE. Recycled ldpe.
* Characteristics: Low density, soft, good transparency, good ductility and impact resistance.
* Common Forms: Granules are usually transparent or translucent spheres.
* Main Uses: Plastic bags, cling film, agricultural mulch film, wire and cable sheathing, coatings, etc.
2. High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).PCR RHDPE. Recycled hdpe.
* Characteristics:High density, high hardness, good mechanical strength, high temperature resistance (up to 100°C or higher).
* Common Forms: Granules are usually white or opaque cylinders.
* Main Uses: Bottle caps, milk bottles, detergent bottles, water pipes, oil tanks, large hollow containers (such as chemical drums).
3. Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). PCR RLLDPE. Recycled lldpe.
4. Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE). PCR RUHMW-PE. Recycled uhmw-pe.
• Characteristics: Extremely high molecular weight, possessing extremely high wear resistance, impact resistance, and self-lubricating properties, making it a "performance king."
• Common Forms: Powder or very fine granules.
Main Application Areas Polyethylene plastics permeate almost every aspect of our lives:
• Packaging Industry: Various plastic bags, packaging films, bottles, barrels, boxes, foam cushioning materials.
• Agriculture: Mulch film, greenhouse film, irrigation pipes, pesticide bottles.
• Daily Consumer Goods: Buckets, basins, food storage containers, toys, stools.
• Industrial Applications: Wire and cable insulation and protective sheaths, pipes, storage tanks, and sheet materials.
• Medical Applications: Pharmaceutical packaging, disposable syringes (partial).
YUJIE industrial PCR . Recycling and Environmental Issues (Very Important!)
Polyethylene is one of the main sources of plastic pollution, therefore its recycling and environmental protection are of great concern.
1. Recyclability: Polyethylene is recyclable, indicated by the ♳ symbol (numbers 1-7 inside the triangle; PE typically corresponds to HDPE #2 and LDPE #4).
2. Recycling Process: Waste PE products → Collection and sorting → Cleaning and crushing → Melting and granulation → Generating recycled PE plastic pellets (recycled material).
3. Applications of Recycled Material: Recycled PE plastic pellets generally have lower performance than virgin material and are often used to manufacture products with low requirements for color and performance, such as trash cans, park benches, and low-end packaging bags.
4. Environmental Challenges:
• White Pollution: PE is extremely difficult to degrade in the natural environment.
• Microplastics: As PE products age and break down, they form microplastics, causing long-term harm to ecosystems.
5. Countermeasures:
• Reduce usage: Minimize the use of single-use PE products.
• Waste sorting and recycling: Increasing recycling rates is key.
• Biodegradable plastics: Develop biodegradable alternatives (but complete replacement of PE will take time).
