1、Bio-based composite innovative materials: a dual-cycle carbon reduction solution
The flagship product, "Bio-based Polypropylene Composite Coffee Ground Fiber Material," has made its debut in Japan. Using bio-based raw materials derived from waste cooking oil and waste palm oil as a base, and adding recycled coffee grounds as filler, it achieves the resource reuse of these two types of waste.
• Through special modification technology, the material possesses advantages such as antibacterial and antifungal properties (bacterial inhibition rate up to 99%), high temperature resistance, and easy processing. It also features a natural coffee aroma and unique texture, perfectly suited for mainstream food packaging, small appliance casings, and home décor applications in the Japanese market.
• Compared to traditional plastics, this material reduces the carbon footprint by more than 35% and can be chemically recycled, fully aligning with the net-zero emissions goals of Japanese companies.

2. High-value recycling technology for plastics: quality comparable to virgin materials
The exhibition showcases PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastics and OBP (ocean-source recycled plastics) recycling systems. Through a closed-loop process of "precise sorting – deep purification – functional modification – rigorous testing," it overcomes the industry pain points of high impurity levels and unstable performance in recycled plastics.
Recycled materials can achieve the mechanical and processing properties of virgin plastics and have passed international certifications such as GRS, OBP, ISCC, and IATF16949. They are suitable for high-end applications such as electronic and electrical housings, automotive interior parts, and packaging films.

3. Functional composite materials: a lightweight alternative to metals
